Domestic & Commercial Oil Tanks

All of our oil tanks are made using the highest quality materials and to meet industry standards. As one of the leading manufactures in the UK and around the world, Tuffa can boast over 30 years experience in providing oil tanks to a range of customers. Our plastic oil tanks are available in capacities ranging from 900 litres to 200,000 litres. They are made using high quality products, materials and techniques. If you have bespoke requirements and dimensions, we can manufacture a custom oil tank.

Choosing an Oil Storage Tank Size

You can view all of our steel oil tanks as a long term investment, as they are built to last. By buying a tank with a large capacity, you can save money on kerosene. Though the initial tank cost will be more, you can save money in the long run by bulk buying kerosene. The price of kerosene often changes, but a larger tank allows you to stock up when prices are low. You can take advantage of offers, deals and savings.

A large steel oil tank also means you don’t need to refuel it as often, which can reduce the cost of deliveries. It also reduces the chances of you running out of fuel completely. Over the course of the tank’s lifespan, these savings really do add up. It’s a good idea to opt for the highest steel oil tank capacity within your budget and space.

Oil Tank Guarantee

All of our domestic and commercial bunded steel oil tanks come with a 10 year guarantee when registered, and our single skin steel oil tanks come with a two year guarantee when registered. You will also receive a one year guarantee on ancillary goods. To extend the lifespan of your steel oil tank, carry out regular maintenance and checks.

In Northern Ireland, it’s the same secondary containment requirements as England and all tanks with a capacity of more than 3,500 litres must be bunded.
